Already known as Dobby from Peep Show (Channel 4), as Kiki from Whites (BBC2) and – most popularly – as “girl seen picking nose on bus”, Isy is a long-standing musical comic who brings her one-woman musical love story to you. Yes, you. Love Lost in the British Retail Industry features a lovelorn checkout girl, a reluctant vegan, an angsty American singer-songwriter and a Fairy Godmother, all played by Isy. It tells the story of unrequited love in the aisles of a supermarket in her hometown of Matlock, Derbyshire.
Dripping with dreams and heartbreak, Isy’s world is a must for anyone who likes their comedy dripping with joie de vivre, music and pathos. She will leave you full of laughter, your heart full of hope.
Isy has completed two sell-out Edinburgh runs, and this was one of two stand-up shows to be chosen for Sydney Arts Festival in 2010. She has also completed a national tour.
Isy has also written and appeared in numerous BBC Radio 4 shows, including The Now Show, Laurence and Gus: Hearts and Minds and Loose Ends. She spent two seasons as a comedy consultant for Channel 4 teen drama Skins and is one of the core team on the BBC1 animal sketch show Walk on the Wild Side. She has been nominated for two British Comedy Awards, in 2009 and 2011.

Ruaidhri Ward
In a short time, Belfast comic Ruaidhrí Ward has become one of the most compelling performers on the Irish comedy circuit. Smart, engaging, staggeringly honest and always funny, he presents a biting, witty look at contemporary culture, modern life in Northern Ireland and his own selfish existence.

Carrie Anne Guthrie is from the South. Not Dorset, but the Deep South of the good ol’ US of A. She has been doing stand up for longer’n she would like to admit, and is a familiar face around the circuit performing guest slots and running events. Known for her conversational style, Southern charm and her warmth and ease in front of audiences, get comfortable and let this good ol’ gal spin you a yarn.
Carrie Anne Guthrie on the internetLouisa Theobald - Rock Chick
Ever since she received an electric guitar for her twelfth birthday, Louisa Theobald has fancied herself as a rock chick; it's just a shame she has never learnt to play the damn thing. Can the looming deadline of a fringe spot prove to be the catalyst she always needed? If it works, you can expect outrageous comedy songs. If it doesn't then get ready for fresh stand-up on the subjects of sloth and crushed dreams. Either way, the show will certainly be worthy of attention.
Winner of the Guardian Readers' Stand-up, 'Funny Women' and 'So You Think You're Funny' semi-finalist.
Hilary Koe - Lesbian Feminist Comedian
How many Lesbian Feminists does it take to change a light bulb?
Hilary Koe is a lesbian feminist, who is also a comedian – although it might seem a contradiction in terms. When the other lesbian feminists find out that she is a comedian, she cannot be at all sure that they will not demand her badge back. It is possible that Hilary is the only lesbian feminist comedian currently in captivity.
This is the story of how she was almost arrested at the Norwich Pride Festival for activities which could conceivably have caused a riot. But not a laugh riot. Well, some people have no sense of humour…
